Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can request a full refund of the amount paid. Please email us at Ayuda@Lanzifip.com so we can process the cancellation, provided we have enough time to do so before your order is dispatched.
Product Returns
You can return products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition. Once received, we will process the refund, deducting €15 for handling and shipping costs. Please note that the refund may take up to 30 days from the return request date to be reflected in your bank account. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used to place the order.

- Contact phone number:
- Day and time slot for collection:
Important:
The time slot must have a minimum 2-hour window (they may request up to 4 hours if you are far from an MRW office).
Collections are not made after 7:00 PM.
If any information is missing, we will not be able to process the return
