Please email us at <span> <\/span><a href=\"mailto:Ayuda@Lanzifip.com\">Ayuda@Lanzifip.com<\/a><span> <\/span>so we can process the cancellation, provided we have enough time to do so before your order is dispatched.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can return products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition. Once received, we will process the refund, deducting \u20ac15 for handling and shipping costs. Please note that the refund may take up to 30 days from the return request date to be reflected in your bank account.
