What is considered a relapse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A<span> <\/span><strong>relapse<\/strong><span> <\/span>is considered the reappearance of clinical signs compatible with FIP and\/or blood test abnormalities suggestive of the disease<span> <\/span><strong>after having completed the treatment<\/strong>, confirmed through clinical evaluation and diagnostic tests.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation of the relapse will always be based on the<span> <\/span><strong>clinical information and blood tests provided<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Cases eligible for the guarantee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Only cases that meet<span> <\/span><strong>all of the following conditions<\/strong> can benefit from this guarantee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cat has received<span> <\/span><strong>treatment exclusively with Lanzi<\/strong><span> <\/span>throughout the entire therapeutic protocol.<\/li>\n<li>The treatment has been completed in its entirety, meaning<span> <\/span><strong>84 consecutive days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Not having benefited from professional discounts (i.e., not having a professional customer profile) during the first treatment.<\/li>\n<li>The relapse occurs<span> <\/span><strong>within 3 months after the end of the treatment<\/strong>, a period considered the<span> <\/span><strong>observation phase<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the relapse occurs<span> <\/span><strong>more than 3 months after the end of the treatment<\/strong>, it will be considered a<span> <\/span><strong>new process or reinfection<\/strong>, so any new treatment must be<span> <\/span><strong>fully covered by the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Guarantee conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In cases accepted into the relapse program, the customer can benefit from a<span> <\/span><strong>50% discount on the treatment for 84 days<\/strong>, corresponding to the second therapeutic protocol.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Information needed to evaluate a relapse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To evaluate if a case is eligible for the guarantee, send us the following information at<span> <\/span><a href=\"mailto:Ayuda@lanzifip.com\">Ayuda@Lanzifip.com<\/a><span> <\/span>. It is important that you send us all the information to speed up the process: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date of<span> <\/span><strong>start and completion of treatment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email address<\/strong><span> <\/span>used to place the Lanzi orders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blood tests performed at the end of the treatment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Approximate date of the relapse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blood tests and exams performed after the relapse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dose at which the treatment ended<\/strong><span> <\/span>(in mg\/kg, specifying if it was with injections or pills). If this data is not available, please indicate the <span> <\/span><strong>cat&#8217;s weight<\/strong><span> <\/span>and the<span> <\/span><strong>ml injected or mg administered in pills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acceptance into the relapse program will be determined after the<span> <\/span><strong>review of the clinical information and diagnostic tests provided<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Conditions during relapse treatment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>By being accepted into the<span> <\/span><strong>relapse program<\/strong>, you accept that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The<span> <\/span><strong>treatment restart dose will be defined by our team<\/strong>, based on the available clinical information. It is important to start as soon as possible with a dose 4 mg\/kg higher than the one finished. <\/li>\n<li>\n<li>The commitment to<span> <\/span><strong>not perform invasive interventions (such as sterilization)<\/strong><span> <\/span>during the duration of the relapse treatment.<\/li>\n<li>You must<strong><span> <\/span>perform blood tests before finishing the relapse treatment<\/strong><span> <\/span>and send them so our team can assess if the cat is ready to stop the treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once all the necessary information to request the<span> <\/span><strong>relapse guarantee<\/strong> is received, our team will review the case and<span> <\/span><strong>provide a response within approximately 24 to 48 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Lanzi Conditions and Coverage The relapse guarantee is intended for cats that have correctly completed their FIP treatment with Lanzi. 1.
